>Anti-Virus Tip
If you use an Outlook e-mail program …
Open a new e-mail.
click on View
check All Headers
Then, from now on, you will see three address options.
To:
Cc:
Bcc:
If you address e-mails (to multiple people) in the Bcc: line
only, it will
protect those e-mail addresses from been seen by receivers of
that e-mail.
Therefore, it will also prevent those addresses from being
forwarded.
As a result, those e-mail addresses will not have gotten into the
hands of
SPAMMERS via your e-mail sends.
Also, virus infected computers will not be able to spread viruses
to the
e-mail addresses that would have otherwise shown on that e-mail.
In addition, when you forward an e-mail, if you remove the
previous sender’s
e-mail address information, you offer that sender the same
protection.
Keeping e-mail addresses private is a kindness we can do with all
our e-mails.
Share a Smile
not a virus
